Your domain in front. Your Gmail behind it.
Professional email on your own domain. $2 a month.
July routes mail for your domain through the Gmail you already have. Zero migration, no new inbox, no per-seat workspace bill — verify your domain, create aliases, and reply from Gmail as you@yourdomain.com.
Free plan: 1 domain, 3 aliases. Compare: Google Workspace starts at $7+/user/mo for the same address.
A customer writes to
han@yourco.com
It lands in your Gmail. You reply — sent as
han@yourco.com
DKIM-signed with your domain's key. Threads stay intact. Nobody sees your Gmail address.
Set up once, forget forever
Three steps, about ten minutes, and most of that is waiting for DNS.
- 1
Verify your domain
Add five DNS records at your registrar — we detect your provider, give you exact values with copy buttons, and live-check each record until everything turns green.
- 2
Create aliases
han@yourco.com, support@yourco.com, or a catch-all. Every alias forwards to the Gmail inbox you already read — nothing to migrate, nothing new to check.
- 3
Reply from Gmail as your domain
Hit reply in Gmail like always. Our routing tokens swap the identity on the way out, so the other side sees you@yourco.com — DKIM-signed, thread intact.
Pricing that undercuts a workspace seat
One flat price per account — not per user, not per alias. Upgrade or cancel anytime.

Free plan appends a one-line "Routed securely by July Email" footer to outbound messages. Paid plans never do.
All plans include send-as SMTP setup. Outbound sending unlocks after payment verification (anti-abuse); inbound forwarding always works. Cancel anytime — your mail never stops arriving.
Questions, answered honestly
Will my mail actually deliver?
Yes — that's most of what you're paying for. Every domain gets its own 2048-bit DKIM key, SPF alignment, and a recommended DMARC policy, all live-verified in the dashboard before any mail flows. Outbound is sent through established relay infrastructure with per-message bounce tracking (VERP), and we rate-limit and spam-score everything to protect the shared reputation.
Is my mail stored on your servers?
Not as a mailbox. Messages pass through and land in your Gmail. For reliable delivery and bounce handling, the raw message is buffered encrypted for up to 7 days, then automatically deleted. Gmail remains your inbox and your archive — we never build a second copy of it.
Do I need to change email apps?
No. Keep Gmail — the app, the search, the filters, everything. July sits in front of your domain: inbound mail is forwarded to Gmail, and replies route back through us so they're sent as your domain. There is no new inbox to check.
How do replies come from my domain and not my Gmail address?
Each contact gets a deterministic routing address on our reply domain. When you reply to it from Gmail, we verify it's really you, swap the identity to your alias, DKIM-sign with your domain's key, and send. Because the routing address is stable per contact, Gmail threading is preserved.
What about spam?
Mail is spam-scored at our edge before forwarding. High-scoring mail is rejected outright; borderline mail is kept out of your inbox. Your Gmail filters still run on top, so you get two layers.
What happens on the Free plan?
Everything routes the same — 1 domain, 3 aliases, and a small one-line "Routed by July Email" footer on outbound messages. Paid plans remove the footer. Outbound sending on any plan unlocks after payment verification (an anti-abuse measure); inbound forwarding always works.
